Annual Fund Letter 2025-2026

Dear AES Community,

You chose AES because you believe in more than just strong academics.

You believe in a place where your child is known and not lost in the crowd. A place where their talents, their faith, and their whole selves matter. You believe in a school that means community, character, and calling because you know that in today’s world, that matters more than ever.

At AES, we see how this plays out every day. Our small-class settings allow teachers to see each child’s spark and fan it into flame.

Our Christian values don’t get tacked on as an afterthought because they are woven into every hallway conversation, class discussion, and act of service.

Between the academics, the faith, the relationships, our children flourish in test scores, but also as confident, kind, curious beings ready for the next chapter.

But here’s the truth: tuition alone does not cover everything that makes AES the place we want it to be.

The Annual Fund gives us the margin, the “extra” that turns good into great. It funds the upgrades, the spaces, the enhancements that keep our campus responsive and vibrant. It allows us to stay ahead and leading the way in faith-based, individualized education.

This year, our goal is bold. We aim for 100% participation from every family, friend, and parish partner of AES because when we all give, we all win.

With your investment, we can walk the plan together:

  • Invest in our learning spaces so every student learns in an environment that reflects the value we place on them.
  • Enhance campus safety and security so our children, our teachers and staff, and our community savor peace of mind.
  • Cultivate our spiritual and community life so that AES remains not just a school, but a home away from home for our children’s best selves.

We know the stakes: if we hold back, we limit what’s possible. But if we act together, we multiply the promise.

I invite you to ask this question: “Will I leave a mark on AES this year?” Because your gift, at any level, sends a powerful message to our children:

  • You’re worth investing in.
  • Your story is worth being told.
  • And our shared community is worth building.

Thank you for believing in our mission, investing in our future, and making AES the place where children learn to become the best versions of themselves.

With gratitude and hope,
